Soap and Glory Superfabulistic Lipstick - Pom Pom

Hey lovlies, So I promised you all I would tell you about my first delve in to Soap and Glory's make up range. If you regularly read my blog. you will know I love the body and bath section of the brand but I hadn't herd too much about their make up.

Being a lipstick junkie I had been eyeing up their lipsticks for a long time so when they were 3 for 2 in Boots I decided to get a couple.

The first one I got was Pom Pom from their superfabulistic matte range. First for all I love the name. It sounds rather cute.

I would describe is as a dusty pink shade. It is nice subtle but bold pink. If you like bold lipstick but want something that is still wearable during the day this is the shade for you.

It applies really easily and smoothly on the lips. It is matte without being too matte.

I was really impressed with the pigmentation of this range. The colour pay off is amazing and is one of my favourite things about this lipstick. The colour instantly applies the moment it touches your lips.

The lasting power of Pom Pom is another thing I love about this lipstick. It lasts for hours. I never feel like I NEED to reapply this when I have it on. It stays in place all day.

I wear a lipliner with this but even so when I eat or drink there is no smudging. This is something I look out for when I wear a lipstick for the first time because I don't want to have to worry about having lipstick smeared all over my face. I am happy to say Pom Pom is smudge free and safe to wear for lunch or dinner with friends.

The application is really easy too, there is no tugging on the lips and you can really perfect the application just from the bullet.

It is matte so over time you may find it dry up on your lips but if you wear lipbalm underneath it and you won't have a problem at all.

The last thing I want to mention is the packaging. As with all Soap and Glory products it has a vintage feel to it which I love. The tube is nice and sleek with Soap and Glory embossed in it.

All in all I really love the lipsticks from Soap and Glory and will be looking to see if there are any other shades I may want.

You can get Pom Pom at the Soap and Glory counters in boots. They retail for £9.00.

Have you tried any of Soap and Glory comestics?

Lots of love
Nafisah
